We work with FedEx to offer several shipping methods. The shipping methods and the costs associated with them will be presented to you at checkout, based on the items in your cart. Please note that items will only be shipped to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout.
All packages are shipped with insurance and signature confirmation is required for all orders. Please make arrangements to have someone available when the package arrives. We cannot have packages rerouted to local facilities for pickup.

International Orders:
Most international orders may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery. While MJ Diamonds does offer to ship to many countries around the world, we are not responsible for the VAT, duties, or other taxes in relation to international orders. Additionally, we cannot mark the value of your order below the amount paid for the item(s), and we cannot mark the customs documentation “Gift”. Doing so is considered fraudulent and subject to significant penalties.
Handling Time:
The in-stock inventory of the pieces is fluid, so please check the product page to confirm the exact handling time for the piece you are interested in. If you need the piece sooner please do not hesitate to reach out to us, and we will work with you on your required time frame. Many pieces are also made to order and may be subject to a significantly longer production time, which will be noted on the product page.
Please note that all orders placed Friday after 5:00 pm EST will be shipped out the next business day.
Sizing:
For items where the size is relevant such as rings, please confirm your size before ordering, as changing size may cause some delays in the production of your item.
