Returns & Exchanges
MJDiamonds.com offers a 7-day return policy, which allows you to return or exchange your purchase within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. The merchandise must be returned in the condition in which it was received; items that have been altered or damaged will not be eligible for return.
Please note that the online return policy differs from the in-store return policy.
MJ Diamonds In-Store Return Policy:
MJ Diamonds stores offer an exchange-only policy within the first 10 days of the purchase date, with a valid receipt. MJ Diamonds does not offer in-store refunds. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your item for any reason, we will allow you to exchange your item(s) for any item(s) of the same price or more.
If you are sending an item back for an exchange, you must first request an RMA number for your package. You can do so by contacting us by email at [email protected]. Please ensure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. MJ Diamonds are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.
MJ Diamonds will ship your purchase to the address provided in your payment as soon as it can be. Certain items are made to order, and therefore will be shipped out in approximately the number of business days indicated on the product page. If you need it sooner than projected, please let us know so that we may work with you & do our best to meet your requirements when possible.
MJ Diamonds reserves the right to cancel any order flagged as fraudulent by our payment processing gateways.
