One of my best potential shopping experiences ever. I stopped in MJ Diamonds to look at a pair of Cartier eye wear. I was greeted with such a warm, friendly and welcoming approach. Rebecca, the jewelry sales consultant showed me many of frames. She also suggested different options from her own expertise. The “quality” of service that I received there is better than any merchandise that anyone could ever sale me. Kudos to Rebecca. She is well diverse when dealing with “different walks of life”. Even-though, I explained that I’m not financially able at the moment to purchase the glasses, she still made me feel like a valued customer. She gave me her business card and simply voiced “whenever I’m financially stable to come back, she’ll be there for me”. I left with a smile on my face and ever since, I’ve told everyone that I’ve encountered to go check out “my sales rep” Rebecca!!

Sarah the Sales Consultant did an excellent job piercing my teenage son's ears for his 17th birthday. I've been shopping MJ Diamonds since the 90s when they were originally located in Lavonia Mall. They always have great customer service, and good products.

Purchased a pandora bracelet here which was too big for me & the woman working (didn’t catch her name) offered to resize it for me with no charge. Unfortunately, it broke the next day. Came back and asked for a refund which they don’t do, but the same woman offered to fix it for me which I didn’t want since it would just break again. So she let me get something else in the store at the same value. I was surprised they don’t do returns/refunds, but overall good customer service !
It's so hard to describe that new experience feeling yet get you do some things completely out of comfort zone. The faith I have built in this store has really helped me boost my confidence.
I would recommend this jewelry store inside Oakland Mall. The staff was so helpful and patient with me. I didn't have enough money for a necklace that I wanted, instead of turning their noses up at me, they suggested that I take advantage of their finance program and I was able to take the necklace home the very same day.
I’ve been shopping with Sarah for Years. The service is amazing best jeweler beat everybody’s prices. Very nice and helpful picking and customizing pieces. Service is always great their whole entire staff is amazing. I would recommend anyone to check them out.
